  To prove the value of BPO we work with prospects on a low fixed price 3 month long pilot project. Our hope is that after 3 months the value and ROI will be apparent and that the client will deploy a BPO solution. The pilot project should be of a manageable size - typically one that uses 5 people on a very specific business process will give us enough data to assess the usefulness of going BPO.
